These live, virtual sessions give you dedicated time to focus and work through your binders with guidance, accountability, and encouragement. Whether you are just starting or you are maintaining your systems, this is your space to make progress.
Monthly rotating topics provide focus and spark questions, but you are welcome to work on any paper goals during any sessions.
Use this time to sort papers, create binders or update binders, or manage what you already started.
Work independently, but not alone, with support from a Paper Solution Certified Organizer and others with similar goals.

Grab your seed catalogs, your ideas, and dreams. Join from whatever state you live in. This focused time will help you succeed if this is your first garden or you have gardened for over 30 years like me. You will leave this workshop feeling inspired for the new growing season.
We will cover the best gardening tools, seed storage options, how to grow what you want to eat or preserve, make a plan for your current space, and review the recent growing season.

Hello, I am Sunshine Gearhart. Jesus is my joy and strength!
I am a lifelong learner, crafter, scrapbooker, avid gardener, and a recent empty nester, and I like paper!
I love mentoring people at any stage of life. My husband and I have been married for over 35 years and have had over 40 people of all ages live with us during this time. By meeting them where they were and training them in life skills, even social skills, it has enriched my experience to creatively help you. I homeschooled our daughter and we housed many exchange students during those active parenting years. I believe in creating a life filled with intention and choosing joy. To pull all this off, I have had to be organized in all my household systems. This allowed our home to adapt to whatever circumstance was going on.
I value being a Paper Solution® Certified Organizer with Organize 365®. It allows me to specialize in helping people navigate life’s transitions with simple, sustainable organizing systems and routines. Absolutely! I work with anyone who is ready to get organized. Whether you are managing paper, clutter, etc. from work, home, or life in general, I’m here to help.
Will you come organize my home?
I do offer in-home organizing on a limited basis, and I currently have a waiting list. If this interests you, let’s chat and see what might be possible. If you can’t wait, we can discuss if a virtual package session could serve you.
Will virtual organizing for my home or space really work?
Absolutely! Virtual sessions are a great way to get started or get unstuck. Our scheduled time together can help you stay motivated, and you can make real progress from the comfort of your home. These times together are easily accessible and convenient for anyone to join from anywhere.
I have so much paper and it embarrasses me! I don’t want anyone to know. How can you help me?
You are not alone! So many of us have paper piling up for all types of reasons. Feeling overwhelmed or even embarrassed is pretty common. Good news – there is no judgment here, just support, encouragement, and practical help!
Three ways we can work together to tackle your paper and bring a sense of calm to your space:
One-on-One Support: If you prefer a private setting, we can work together virtually. I’ll guide you in a safe supportive way. No judgment, I want to help!
Online Workshops: Learn with others from the comfort of your home while surrounded by people with the same goal of getting papers under control.
In-Person Workshops: These are about bringing all the paper possible to work on so you will quickly see you are not alone with pounds of paper! Trust me, we will have fun and feel so accomplished by the end of the day!
What if I don’t have much paper? What can you help me with?
Even if you are mostly digital, it is essential to have key information organized in a format that your loved ones can easily and quickly access in an emergency or end-of-life-planning. It’s not just about paper; it is about peace of mind.
Do you offer help with digital organizing?
Digital is not my main focus, but I am happy to help by looking at ways to get a handle on what you have or providing guidance if you want to start going digital. We can talk it through and come up with a simple, doable plan for your documents and routines.
What is body doubling, and how can it help me get organized?
Body doubling means having someone with you virtually or in person while you work on a specific task. Many people find it easier to stay focused, make decisions, and follow through when they are not working alone. As your body double, I offer a calm, supportive presence while you tackle your organizing goals. This is particularly helpful for those who are neurodivergent or overwhelmed.
